Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in preschool education, pedagogy, or related fields
- Experience working with preschool children is desirable
- Responsibility, dedication, and teamwork skills
- Strong communication skills and an assertive approach
- Professionalism and a positive attitude toward parents and colleagues
