
ANA JOVANOVIĆ
Educator and Acting Director
Ana is an educator and the acting director of the private preschool institution Trešnjober. Her work focuses on establishing and maintaining high pedagogical standards that ensure the optimal development of every enrolled child.
She is responsible for organizing and coordinating all activities related to education and upbringing, as well as providing support to parents and staff in building relationships with their children and other participants in the kindergarten community. Together with her team, she works on implementing modern teaching methods that enable an individualized approach, emphasizing the development of the whole child.
Ana began her career at Trešnjober as an educator, where she developed knowledge and skills valuable for working with both children and adults, learning how educational programs shaped by the culture and relationships within the institution can contribute to children’s learning and development. She is actively involved in volunteer activities through organizations, projects, and programs focused on improving the quality of life for children and youth.
She contributed to nurturing one of the institution’s core values — promoting inclusion — by being a member of the team involved in the national research project titled “Implementation of Inclusion in Primary and Secondary Schools in the Republic of Serbia.”
Ana holds a degree in pedagogy from the Faculty of Philosophy in Belgrade. She speaks English and has working knowledge of Spanish and Czech.
