She feels grateful every day for the chance to be part of the children’s world — a world of honesty, curiosity, and boundless imagination.
She believes that warmth, a smile, and patience can work wonders, so she approaches every child with great care and love. Her daily mission is to help each child feel safe, accepted, and free to be exactly who they are. Through her work, she nurtures an atmosphere where children grow up with confidence, open hearts, and lasting smiles.
As the head educator of the Batajnica kindergarten, Ana provides strong support to her team, inspires her colleagues, and helps create a stable, harmonious, and creative working environment.
