Dragana graduated in Economics and completed her master’s studies in Management. Her master’s thesis was on “The Impact and Importance of Leadership and Development Strategies in Preschool Institutions,” which enables her to successfully organize and manage within a preschool setting. With over 10 years of experience at Trešnjober, she is dedicated to creating a stimulating environment for children’s learning, growth, and development, as well as leading an efficient and motivated team.

Thanks to her education, long-standing experience, and continuous professional development, she is able to recognize the needs of children and their parents, as well as provide support to the team in daily work.
