Jelena Belić

Jelena has been part of the Trešnjober team since 2022. She began her journey as a nurse educator, and through dedication, professionalism, and warmth, she quickly earned the trust of the entire team. Today, she holds the role of Head Nurse.

Every day, Jelena brings love, care, and patience into her work with children. She nurtures smiles, calmness, and mutual trust as core values that give children a sense of safety. In her presence, children feel seen, accepted, and protected. The activities she creates are carefully tailored to their age and rely on play as a key method for learning and development.

She believes that a child is happiest when growing up in an environment that understands and supports them. In working with colleagues and parents, she fosters open communication and together helps create a kindergarten filled with warmth, support, and joyful childhood moments.
