Jelena Krstović is the co-founder and Chairwoman of the Board of the private preschool institution Trešnjober, one of the largest private preschools in Serbia. Founded in 2001, Trešnjober today operates five kindergartens with over 500 children and 80 employees.

Her team, in collaboration with relevant institutions, continuously works to improve the preschool education system in Serbia by introducing the most advanced international pedagogical and organizational practices to the market. Jelena has infused her extensive professional and academic experience into the development of Trešnjober, lovingly building a system that benefits the society in which we all live and work.

Throughout her 20-year professional career, Ms. Krstović has aimed to integrate her academic knowledge with rich top management experience gained both in large corporate systems and entrepreneurial, investment, and startup projects. By continuously enhancing her business skills and social intelligence, she is committed to creating added value in every project she undertakes.

Ms. Krstović is also the founder and director of the consulting firm CPA Corpo Public Affairs, focusing on Corporate Governance, Lobbying, Corporate Communications, and Crisis Management.

She is a licensed lobbyist and a guest lecturer at Modul University Vienna and other universities, business schools, and organizations.

Jelena previously served as Vice President of one of the largest regional companies during a period of annual revenue of €3 billion and 24,000 employees. She was particularly dedicated to the company’s strategic development, cooperation with leading multinational corporations, sustainable development, corporate communications, and corporate governance. As one of the youngest top managers and vice presidents in the region, she was a member of the National Council for Serbia’s Economic Recovery (established by the Serbian Prime Minister), Vice President of the Italian-Serbian Chamber of Commerce, and a member of the World Economic Forum, Serbian-British Business Club, AmCham, EACD, and other professional organizations and associations. She is also one of the founders of the European Youth Parliament in Serbia.

Jelena Krstović graduated in Chinese Language and Literature from the Faculty of Philology in Belgrade and defended her master’s thesis and doctoral dissertation in the field of Corporate and Multimedia Communications at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences, University of Belgrade. She has completed extensive professional training abroad (China, UK, Austria, etc.). Jelena speaks English, Chinese, Italian, Russian, Spanish, French, and her native Serbian.

She is married and a mother of two boys.
