Marina Filipović

Marina has been part of the Trešnjober team since its very beginning. Her many years of dedication have left a deep impact on the development of our institution. She believes that there is no greater joy than a happy and smiling child, and all her activities are focused on creating such an environment.

She knows that the easiest and most beautiful way to learn is through play, and that warmth and acceptance are the foundations of every relationship with children. Her presence brings calm, security, and cheerfulness to the daily life of the kindergarten.

Today, as the coordinator for educational work, Marina selflessly shares her knowledge and experience with colleagues, supports team development, and ensures that every aspect of the work meets the needs of children, families, and modern pedagogical principles.
