Ružica Bogdanović

Ružica has been part of our team since 2015, and from the very beginning, she has stood out for her warmth, dedication, and ability to nurture relationships of trust and togetherness — both with the youngest Trešnjober children and with their parents and colleagues. Calm, attentive, and empathetic, she brings a sense of security to children’s daily routines, as well as gentle support during key moments of their development.

She believes that kindergarten should be a place where every child feels accepted, encouraged, and safe — a space where they grow up with smiles, support, and a sense of belonging. In her presence, children learn the importance of trust, care, and the warmth she brings anew every single day.
