Opening of Trešnjober Galenika — The Fourth Facility in the Trešnjober Network
On October 1, 2018, the Trešnjober Preschool Institution opened its fourth facility, Trešnjober Galenika, located in the Galenika neighborhood (Zemun), at Batajnički drum 1, within the BN BOS shopping center building.
Modern, Well-Equipped Space
The kindergarten covers 350 m² of newly renovated, modernly designed space, tailored for children aged 1 to 7 years. The space is organized to:
- Stimulate the overall development of children
- Support curiosity and independent learning
- Ensure maximum comfort and safety
The facility includes:
- PVC flooring, LED lighting, central heating, ventilation, and air conditioning
- Elevator and parking
- A 350 m² outdoor yard for daily outdoor play and activities
Educational Work
At Trešnjober Galenika, the following is implemented:
- Small group work based on interest centers
- A preparatory preschool program for children in the year before starting school
- Daily activities in classrooms equipped with didactic materials — books, building sets, toys, creative corners, as well as children’s restrooms, a playroom, and an auxiliary kitchen
Trešnjober program
All groups follow the accredited Trešnjober program, which has been developed and improved for over two decades. The program is based on:
- An individualized approach for every child
- Active learning through play
- Encouraging emotional intelligence, focus, and independence
